Chocolatier for a day
In this workshop, the chocolatiers from the Chocolate Museum will show you how chocolate is made from bean to bar. You will learn about different types of chocolate and the process of chocolate tempering. As a highlight, you can experience the seven stages of chocolate consumption with all your senses. Put together your own 3 chocolate bars with toppings of your choice and take them home with you. After the workshop, you can visit the interactive chocolate museum on 2000 m2.
